I hope 2010 is good to you and yours. Best of luck to anyone who has set a new year’s resolution, if you can get through january then it’ll be easy to keep it for the year.
I”ve been very busy over the past month and haven’t had much time to write for this blog. One of my resolution’s for the new year is to write an article at least once a week. (We’ll see how I get on!)
I hope to write articles about things I’m currently working on, jewellery design and my business. If there’s anything you’d like me to write about then let me know – either in the comments or by the contact page.

I’d just like to give a big thanks to everyone who visited me at the fair last weekend.
It was a good weekend, though the weather made it difficult to travel for me and it seemed to have had the same effect for many people there.
But spirits were high and I met many people like me who were selling their products. I hope to keep in touch with them and look forward to seeing them again soon.
The customers who came to my stand were very nice and spent a long time with me, trying on my jewellery and asking questions about where the stones came from and my designs.
Altogether I had a great time and can’t wait for the next one. I’ll keep you posted about future exhibitions I take part in.

My stand at the Christmas Gift & Craft Fair 2009 at Citywest, Dublin.

This coming weekend, Nov 20th-22nd 2009, I am going to be attending the Christmas Gift and Craft Fair at the Citywest Hotel in Dublin.
I’m really looking forward to it. It’s my first time taking a stand at a fair like this. It’s all very exciting – preparing the stand layout and the packaging for the jewellery has taken some time but it’s been really worth it. My friend Máire has been helping me and I think she’s put together a great look for my stand.
I’ll be giving demonstrations on my jewellery design and making process throughout the weekend. I’ll also have jewellery for sale including bracelets, necklaces and earrings. I also have an exclusive special offer for my first 40 clients at the fair.
I’ll be at Stand 71. The times are:
- Friday – 6-10pm
- Saturday – 11am-6pm
- Sunday – 11am-6pm
There’s lots of other things to see and do at the fair including beautiful handmade gifts, carol singing, festive children’s entertainment, food and drink.
